What is your planning process?

  1. Book a complimentary consultation. We'll connect via Google Meet to chat about your trip goals, preferences, and logistics.
  2. Pay the planning fee. If we're a good fit, I'll send over the Planning Fee Agreement and a secure payment link.
  3. Let the planning begin! I curate a custom itinerary based on what matters most to you.
  4. Ongoing support: I'm here throughout your trip for questions, updates, and anything unexpected. And when you're ready to travel again, the journey continues.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Yes. I charge a nonrefundable planning fee before beginning any research or proposals. The fee varies depending on the complexity of the trip, but it always reflects the time, attention, and care that goes into building a thoughtful, customized experience.

The exact amount will be discussed during your consultation, and a secure payment link will be provided afterward.

How do we communicate?

I stay in touch by email and text, with most communication happening over email unless you're actively traveling. You'll receive timely updates, reminders, and support from me directly -- not a call center or rotating team.

What if something goes wrong during my trip?

You won't be on your own. I stay in contact with my clients before, during, and after travel. If flights are delayed, plans shift, or issues arise on the ground, I'll work with vendors and partners to find solutions -- so you can keep enjoying your time away.
