Thank you for choosing To Have and To Travel to design your upcoming journey. This agreement outlines the scope of service, the planning fee, and terms for the concierge travel planning experience. 

Service Description:
This planning experience includes

  • A personalized itinerary tailored to your travel style, interests, and preferences
  • Recommendations and coordination for lodging, transfers, flights (as needed), and curated experiences
  • Direct communication and support throughout the planning and travel processes 
  • One point of contact from proposal to booking and beyond

Planning Fee:
The fee for this service is $100, due prior to any research or proposal delivery. This fee is non-refundable, per trip (not per traveler), and valid for up to two rounds of itinerary revisions (additional revisions may be billed separately).

This fee compensates the time, care, and expertise that go into planning a customized experience – not just the booking. You are under no obligation to move forward with booking after receiving a proposal, but the planning fee remains non-refundable. 

Additional Terms:

  • Booking costs (airfare, lodging, tours, etc.) are not included in this fee
  • Your payment indicates agreement with these terms
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and a waiver will be required

2. Click the button below to submit your planning fee securely via Stripe.
3. Once I receive your payment, I'll begin curating your proposal. You'll typically receive your custom trip plan within 5 business days of payment, unless otherwise communicated. If I anticipate any delay - for example, if I'm out of office - I'll let you know right away so you always know what to expect.
